Who we are

The Emory Beacon of Light, Inc (EBOL) is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) community development organization. Established in 1996, EBOL is a dynamic agent for change in the Brightwood community of Washington D.C. and the surrounding areas.  For 25 years, EBOL has been offering the community a range of services to enhance the economic and social vitality of local neighborhoods. We believe in delivering programs that provide sustainable, measurable outcomes but that also permanently change the trajectory of resident constituents.
